I’m Kevin Idol — keeping Central Arkansas company on the ride home with Today’s Hits and Yesterday’s Favorites on B98.5.

I grew up down in El Dorado, and like any true Arkansan, I’ve been yelling Woo Pig Sooie for as long as I can remember. After kicking off my radio career in Shreveport, I made my way through Memphis, soaking up the Beale Street energy and working at some legendary stations before finally landing exactly where I belong — back home in Little Rock on B98.5.

When I’m not on the air, there’s a good chance I’m out on one of our incredible Central Arkansas golf courses trying to convince myself this is the round I finally figure it out. My wife, Christina, and our kids, Grant and Kendall, love being part of this community just as much as I do — whether it’s Razorback game days, exploring the River Market, or getting lost on one of our beautiful trails.

Every afternoon, my goal is simple: keep things easy, upbeat, and positive while you wrap up the workday or head home. If I can help your day feel just a little lighter, then I’ve done my job.
