Crockpot Wednesday: February 28, 2018: Free books to central Arkansas students




Traci Hogue was on with us to talk about the Pi Beta Phi Fraternity Day of Service that is this weekend.  The organization is giving away free books to underserved students in central Arkansas on Saturday, March 3rd at Mosaic Church at the corner of Colonel Glenn and South University.




Here’s the recipe:

Crockpot Chicken Tacos


3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 package of Ranch dressing mix

1 package of taco seasoning

1 24 oz. of salsa


  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Pour the salsa on top.
  3. Add the Ranch dressing mix and taco seasoning.
  4. Cook on high for 6 hours.
  5. Shred the chicken with two forks and serve over tortillas.
